Refund policy

Last updated: 8 November 2026

Unlimited is refundable within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have played less than two hours since buying it. No questions asked.

What you buy

Unlimited is a one-time digital purchase ($4.99; the price in your currency is shown at checkout). It removes the daily limit and opens the archive and random mode. It is not a subscription.

14 days, under two hours

Changed your mind, or it doesn't work on your device? Write to hello@deuce.day within 14 days of purchase, from the email address you used at checkout. If you have played less than two hours in total since buying Unlimited, you get a full refund.

Play time is counted from the game's own record of your matches after the purchase.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, the merchant of record for your purchase. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to show them.

Withdrawal right

Because Unlimited unlocks immediately, at checkout you are asked to agree to immediate access, which ends the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. The refund rule above applies anyway.

Outside these limits

Write to us anyway — we look at every request. Your statutory rights are not affected.
