1. The game
Deuce Day ("Deuce Day", "we") is an independent browser quiz about tennis and padel players at deuce.day. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Fair play
Play for your own enjoyment. Don't disrupt the site, copy its content at scale, or try to reach parts of it that are not meant for you.
3. Facts and names
Player names and career facts are public record, collected from public sources. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee it — if you spot a mistake, write to hello@deuce.day.
Deuce Day is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any tour, tournament, federation or player. All trademarks belong to their owners.
4. Free play and Unlimited
Deuce Day is free to play, up to three matches a day. Unlimited is an optional one-time purchase that removes the daily limit and opens the archive of past puzzles and random mode, for as long as Deuce Day is offered. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
5. Payments
When purchases open, they are processed by Stripe acting as the merchant of record — Stripe is the seller of record for your purchase, and its terms apply to the payment itself. Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies; the price in your currency is shown at checkout. We never see or store your card details.
6. Refunds

7. Changes and availability
Deuce Day is provided as it is and as available. We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Changes that affect Unlimited will be announced on the site.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
9. Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
